A versatile dairy free nut roast with fruit and seeds. Packed full of nutritious nuts and delicious flavours, great for lunch, dinner or as a savoury snack and of course Sunday lunch, or with all the trimmings during the festive period. It's also great as a sandwich filling too.
To serve two people.
Add 185g nut roast mix to 125ml water and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for 20minutes. Place in a small oiled tray, press down and cook for 20mins at 190degrees Celsius or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5mins before serving hot or cold.
