Cooking Instructions

To serve two people. 

Add 185g nut roast mix to 125ml water and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for 20minutes. Place in a small oiled tray, press down and cook for 20mins at 190degrees Celsius or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5mins before serving hot or cold.

Roasted peanuts (33%), rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried sweetened cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), dried yeast, potato starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gum (methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), food acid (citric), dried onions, apple, peppers, thyme, rosemary, tomato powder, black pepper.
